Omdia’s Consumer Research: Devices, Media & Usage – Premium service conducted its bi-annual consumer surveys across 7 countries in April 2020. The survey focussed on the adoption of connected devices and media consumption habits of online consumers. Fieldwork coincided with COVID-19 related lockdown measures across many of these markets, helping to capture the impact of lockdown on device usage and video viewing behaviour.
