Charlotte Palfrey

Charlotte Palfrey is a senior analyst in Omdia's Communications and Social team and focuses on messaging and social media. Having previously worked within Omdia's Digital Media team, she also has experience in the crossover between media and messaging such as digital content publication strategies on messaging apps.

Charlotte is responsible for Omdia's Social Media Tracker and digital communications analysis, with a particular focus on messaging on both carrier and OTT levels. At Omdia, she has also provided analysis on digital publishing, video gaming, ad blocking, content distribution platforms, and children's media.

Prior to joining Omdia in 2012, she worked as an analyst for Juniper Research, where she specialized in mobile content and applications. Charlotte holds a master's degree in mathematics from the University of Warwick.
