Kelly Lum contributes to the Public Display Market Tracker for shipment and revenue data on LCD and OLED displays. Apart from that, she is involved in research pertaining to media players, set-top boxes, PCs, and software services. Additionally, she gauges market shares for these technologies and digital advertising revenue, as well as other hardware products and services. Kelly also supports ongoing consultancy projects in the Digital Signage and Professional Displays group.
Prior to joining the company in August 2013, she worked at ALG, a TrueCar Company, as a consulting analyst in the automotive industry. Kelly interacts closely with automotive manufacturers in the U.S. and Canada to forecast residual values, optimize proposed sales strategies, and create recommendations based on expected segment and industry trends. She graduated in 2008 from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a Bachelor of Arts in economics/mathematics and a minor in statistical science. She is based in Campbell, California.
